Table Booking Terms
Table/Party reservations are subject to the following terms:
- Reservations are for a maximum of 2 hours from the time booked unless specified in your booking confirmation. We may need your table back at the end of your reservation and will let you know if this is the case
- Reservations can only be made for diners. Guests wishing to simply enjoy a drink cannot book tables in advance, but will be allocated an unreserved table on arrival
- Tables will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start time booked. Late arrivals may lose their booking if they have not informed us, by telephone, of a delay in arrival
- You do not need to specify the number of adults or children dining, unless the children require a high chair
- We will do our best to honour request for specific tables. However, this may not be possible during peak times, when tables are allocated on arrival
- You are requested to let us know if you are bringing your dog, so we can allocate a table in a dog friendly area. We may not be able to honour bookings that include unexpected dogs
- Please let us know if you have any access issues we may need to consider, such as no stairs, room for a wheelchair/pushchair etc. This helps us to allocate an appropriate table prior to your arrival
- All food and drink will be added to a bill for payment at the end of your meal. We cannot split bills by individual items, for parties of 6 or more. All bills are itemised so you are free to work out how much each party member wishes to pay from the bill
- All reserved tables are indoors. You are free to move to an outdoor table if you choose to upon arrival and subject to availability. We reserve the right to reallocate your original indoor table. This original indoor table may not be available again once it has been surrendered
- Party bookings are limited to a single menu. We cannot offer dishes from more than one menu per event, with the exception of children.
- Menu prices are subject to change
Hotel Room Booking Terms
Room reservations are subject to the following terms:
- Hotel rooms must be booked online and are subject to availability. You will always get the best rate via our website. Sorry, but we cannot take hotel reservations in person or over the phone
- You will always receive a confirmation email to assure your booking. Please get in touch if you have not received this, as it may mean your booking is not confirmed
- The Cost of your stay includes VAT and a continental breakfast (served in your room). Breakfast cannot be substituted for an alternative meal. We are unable to refund the cost of breakfast if not taken as this is included in the room rate
- Table reservations to dine with us may be made separately to your room booking. Although we will do our best to accommodate your meal requirements we cannot guarantee a table unless booked in advance. You are advised to check food service times as the kitchen cannot stay open for late hotel arrivals.
- A valid payment card must be included in your reservation. For direct bookings, via our website, we will charge the card on your day of arrival. You must provide a card with an expiry date that covers the period of your reservation. Invalid card details may result in your reservation being cancelled if you fail to provide updated details
- All rooms are non-smoking
- Check in time is from 3pm
- Check out time is up to 11am
- Unrestricted free parking is available directly outside the hotel. Vehicles and other personal property remain your responsibility
- We accept all major debit and credit cards (except American Express)
- Walkers wishing to be transferred to or from the hotel are advised to call Stokesley Taxis on 01642 712999 to make the necessary arrangements. This is a chargeable service and must be paid directly to your driver
- Cancellations and amendments must be requested via email for direct bookings, or via your third party booking agent. We cannot amend or cancel reservations via telephone or in person. Even if you call to inform us of a cancellation, this cannot and will not be confirmed without an email request. Cancellations without a corresponding email confirmation may still be charged. Please get in touch if you have not received your cancellation confirmation email
- Failure to show up for your reservation may result in the full amount for your stay being charged. This will only be refunded with the submission of a ‘cancellation’ email relating to the booking in question. You must always ensure you receive a cancellation email
- We reserve the right to charge an unlimited amount to your payment card to cover any damage sustained during your stay
